Hello and welcome to my blog. I have been learning how to use 3ds Max at college and today in order to remember the tools, and other parts of this software, I have put together a written step by step tutorial on the basics by creating a house. This written tutorial was created in word and has plenty of screenshots to help you out.
I thought it would be nice to share this with everyone considering mine seems to be much more detailed than others. If you are new to 3ds Max then this could hopefully come in handy for you.
I have made it as simple as possible but with as much detail to help you.
As I am a student, I am able to get this software for free from my college for 3 years. So I hopefully can make some video tutorials as well as written if you think that will be much easier for you.
This method I have been using on Pokemon white 2 on DS Lite.
This method works for both black/white and black 2/white 2 - Not 100% sure on earlier versions (you could try)
This is a simple, quick easy trick.
Find a patch of grass.
Run back and forth along side the grass (not on the actual grassy area)
Wait till you see the grass rustling and go straight for it (you might want to put a repel on to stop you getting at any other wild Pokemon whilst heading for the rustling grass - just in case.)
Defeat the Pokemon and the EXP is usually much higher than you usually get.
This works best when you first start off training your Pokemon from a low level.
TIP: Start with a low level Pokemon then before battling switch the Pokemon with a higher lever that can kick ass and they usually both get high EXP!
Part 1 of Pokemon Black and White 2!! In this blog post, I have put my latest YouTube video that will be made into a series of videos.
Pokemon Black and White 2 for Nintendo DS was released in the UK on the 12th October. I play the black version in this video. The difference between black & white and black and white 2 are: Different Locations, You now start off in a new town called Aspertia City, Your pokedex now features over 300 Pokemon and much more.

Slender is a popular game with many 'let's play' videos on YouTube. The genre of this game is horror and the is very scary, creepy and jumpy. Slenderman is a ghost with no face, dressed in black and haunts the woods. In the game you are set in a forest and are using a torch to look around. You collect all notes that are scattered around the forest and each note says something different.

Says "can't run"
Says "follows" with an arrow and a drawing of Slenderman
Says "always watches" and "no eyes"
Says "leave me alone"
Says "help me"
Says "don't look...or it takes you!"
One main rule that you must do is: NEVER LOOK BACK! If you look back the more likely he is to catch you. When he does appear, I hope you aren't a jumpy person (unfortunately for me, I am).
When I Played:
I have posted the video of me playing slender. This was my second try so it was less scary to me. The only thing was my dad came walking through the door after i turned out my light part way through so i screamed a lot at the point!
What I Thought?
This game did get boring after a while. It is one of those games that is crazed over for a little while, keeps you entertained and scares you a little. However, after a few times playing it, i personally found it to become boring, old and I didn't find it scary.
Other than that, I found this really fun to play. The music really added to the tension and the graphics were pretty good for a free downloaded game too. The design of Slenderman was really creepy. I think this was because of the fact he had no face and was just a slim man dressed in black that stood creepily in-front of you or sneaked up behind you.
I made a new layout this morning, not particually the best but better than my old one :)
So what do you guy's think? will this do till i create a better one?
