Need rotating but ill sort it out later. This is my teddy sketch from graphics. What do you think? One of the legs is slightly off but i think the tone isn't too bad.

Experiments for Kinetic Typography

In Computers in Art and Design, I have to create a Kinetic Typography on an audio clip. We have to use Adobe Flash (CS6) and this is what I have came up with today. Keep in mind I have not done this before. :P

The task is to create a kinetic typography to a sound clip of a movie or song. Or anything with speech really. I thought it would be interesting to do Wreck it Ralph. So these are just practicing things to do with text. My final will be over 1 minute long as well as synced audio and pictograms.

For my final piece, I will be doing a clip from Disney Pixar's 'Wreck it Ralph'. The scene with Felix in the 'fungeon'.

Fun with Photoshop

So today, after college, I have being playing around with Photoshop. I have got some new brushes & played around with contrast, colours and dark/light features. This is the orginal Jpeg that I ended up with:

I thought it would be good to use as my twitter banner (maybe). After I did this I saw the animation tab and thought to myself, I haven't made a GIF in a while so what do you think? Can I have some opinions and constructive critism. I like good as well!!

I am planning to make some more for Photoshop practise. If you have any words I could use to make this it would be amazing!

Emulators (NDS) [BREIF]

NDS Emulator

Do you want a good emulator? Well I can show you where to download ROMS and a good Emulator for free (Educational Purposes Only) I generally use an emulator to create a 'let's play' on DS games. Otherwise I rather buy games for my DS. The best one I would recommend is Desmume.

To play on an emulator, you will need a ROM. You can download ROMS from here.
(You can always find more websites by going to Google and typing in NDS ROMS)

Steps to downloading and opening up a ROM.

I do believe this technically illegal...I can't be 100% on all laws across the world. This is for education purposes only. I do not tend to use this program purposely. I take no responibility. Do it at your own risk or buy a DS system and games.

DOWNLOADING

 Step 1: First go to the Desmume website and click download.

Step 2: Select which one is suited for your computer. The select and follow the instructions to download.

      Step 3: Extract the file to whatever location you want on computer. (i.e. Desktop)

Step 4: Open the program and go to file > open > then select a ROM downloaded from the website given.

Once it opened up you can play like any DS game. If you need any infomation on more settings etc. Please leave a comment below or email here

Sugar Rush (Wreck it Ralph) Drawing

This is my character with Vanellope from Wreck it Ralph (Sugar Rush Game)

It is an improvement from my last character drawing and I will continue to perfect it.

I think my characters body proportion is a bit off and need to work on them areas. However, I do like my little Vanellope. The colouring is also a bit 'meh' when looking back on it.
